OSP Tutorial

Message To Teachers, Practitioners and Trainers:

The Ontario Skills Passport Website Tutorial has been developed for learners who are using the OSP website for the first time. You can incorporate the tutorial into your lesson planning. Since you can download this material onto your own computer, you will be able to change the activities to better meet the needs of your individual learners. The tutorial is divided into three sections: “Getting Started”, “Searching the OSP Database” and “OSP Work Plan”. In general, learners have been finding the section on “Getting to know the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Matrix” section to be the most challenging. You may want to provide more assistance to learners when they are completing this section of the tutorial.

We update the tutorial on a regular basis so please ensure that you are using the most recent version.

As always, we welcome your feedback! Email us at skills@edu.gov.on.ca with any questions or comments.
